Accessing the AI Assistant
Where it appears: dashboard, floating button, shortcut.
The AI Assistant lets you create and manage properties, reservations, and more using natural language (voice or text). This article explains where to find it and how to open it.
Where It Appears
Dashboard
After you log in, the Dashboard is your main screen. The AI Assistant is usually available from there:
- A floating button (e.g. at the bottom right) that you click to open the assistant panel.
- Or a shortcut or link in the header or sidebar (e.g. "AI Assistant" or an icon).
Click it to open the assistant.
From Other Pages
Depending on the app layout, the same floating button or menu link may appear on other pages (e.g. Properties, Reservations) so you can use the AI without going back to the Dashboard. If you do not see it, open the Dashboard first.
How to Open It
- Click the floating button – The assistant panel or page opens. You see an input area for text and often a microphone button for voice.
- Or use the shortcut – If your plan supports it, a keyboard shortcut may open the assistant (e.g. from anywhere in the app). Check the UI or help for the exact key.
What You Need
- Account – You must be logged in.
- Plan – The AI Assistant is a premium feature. If you are on a free or trial plan, you may see a message to upgrade. Check Settings → Billing for your plan and limits.
