Filtering and Search

Filters by status, property, date range, guest.

The Reservations list can be filtered and searched so you can find specific bookings quickly. This article explains the main filters and how to use them.

Where to Filter

Go to DashboardReservations. At the top of the list (or in a sidebar) you typically see filter options and sometimes a search box.

Common Filters

By Status

Filter by reservation status:

  • Pending – Not yet confirmed (e.g. awaiting deposit or confirmation).
  • Confirmed – Confirmed booking.
  • Pending deposit – Awaiting deposit payment (if you use deposits).
  • Check-in – Guest is currently staying (check-in date reached, check-out not yet).
  • Check-out – Stay has ended (check-out date reached).
  • Cancelled – Cancelled reservations.

Select one status (or "All") to narrow the list. Useful when you want to see only upcoming check-ins, only cancelled, or only pending.

By Property

If you have multiple properties, filter by property. Only reservations for that property are shown. Useful when you manage several listings and want to focus on one.

By Date Range

Filter by check-in date or date range (e.g. from – to). You see only reservations that fall within that range. Useful for planning a specific week or month, or for reports.

By Guest

A search or guest filter lets you type the guest name or email. The list shows only reservations that match. Useful when a guest has multiple bookings or when you need to find one booking quickly.

Combining Filters

You can usually combine filters: for example, "Confirmed" + "Property: Porto Apartment" + "Check-in in March". The list updates to show only reservations that match all selected filters.

Clearing Filters

Use "Clear filters" or reset the filter controls to show all reservations again. The exact label depends on the UI.

Tips

  • Use status + date range to see upcoming check-ins or check-outs for the week.
  • Use guest search when the guest contacts you and you need to open their reservation.
  • Use property filter when you are working on one property’s calendar or messages.
