Property Calendar

Viewing calendar and meaning of colors (available, reserved, blocked).

Each property has a calendar that shows availability, confirmed reservations, and blocked dates. This article explains how to open it and what the colors mean.

How to Open the Calendar

  1. Go to DashboardProperties.
  2. Find the property in the list.
  3. Click the Calendar action (calendar icon) next to the property.

The property calendar opens. You see a month view (or similar) with dates colored by status.

What the Colors Mean

  • Available – The property is free on that date. Guests can book it (or you can create a reservation). The exact color (e.g. green) may vary by theme.
  • Reserved – A reservation exists for that date. The dates are blocked and cannot be double-booked. Clicking the date or the reservation may show details.
  • Blocked – The dates are blocked by you (maintenance, personal use, etc.). They are not available for booking. See Blocking Dates for how to block and unblock.

Where the Data Comes From

  • Reservations created in HostManageGo (manually or via the AI Assistant) appear on the calendar as reserved.
  • Imported calendars (iCal) from other platforms (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com) can also block dates. The calendar merges direct reservations and imported events so you avoid double bookings. See Calendar Sync for details.

Quick Actions

From the calendar you can often:

  • Block or unblock a date or range.
  • Open a reservation by clicking the reserved dates.
  • Switch months or properties depending on the UI.

Use the calendar regularly to check availability before creating new reservations or when connecting external calendars.
