iCal Sync Settings

Calendar sync (iCal) lets you import availability from other platforms (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com) and export your HostManageGo reservations so other platforms can block dates. The settings for this are in Settings → Calendar Sync (or iCal).

Where to Find iCal Sync

Go to Settings and open Calendar Sync (or iCal / Calendars). From there you can:

• Import – Add external calendar URLs (one per property per platform). HostManageGo fetches those URLs and blocks the same dates on your property calendar so you avoid double bookings.
• Export – Get the export URL for each property so you can paste it into Airbnb, Booking.com, or other platforms. They will then pull your HostManageGo reservations and block those dates on their calendar.
• Manage – View, disable, or delete imported calendars; regenerate export links if needed.

Short Summary

• Import = other platform’s calendar → HostManageGo (their bookings block dates in HostManageGo).
• Export = HostManageGo → other platform (your reservations block dates on their calendar).
